Belfast is a less expensive destination to visit when traveling to Ireland. Belfast offers sites such as the Ulster Museum, St. George’s Market, and the SS Nomadic. Known as the capital city, Belfast offers free admission to some of their more popular attractions and heavy discounts on restaurants and tours when traveling by Metro bus or the Northern Ireland rail.

Depending on the time of year, Florence is a great alternative to traveling to expensive Rome. Waiting until the Fall or Winter months to book your trip to Florence can be a huge money saver for the budget conscious. When visiting Germany, Berlin serves as the less expensive option instead of traveling to Munich. With free events such as the world famous, Oktoberfest, you can be budget conscious without missing some of the best sites in the city. Packed with affordable museums, parks, and available public transportation, Berlin is known to be one of the cheapest cities in Western Europe. Berlin also offers popular events such as Jazzfest as well as Christmas markets that are a great tourist destination.
